Family & Young People Director
Anthony having over 35 years fieldwork experience in the statutory and voluntary sector in a variety of roles is by definition a Community Development worker. He has spent many years crafting his skills through his roles as a community/youth worker, social worker, iapt practitioner, social therapist, practice teacher, detached/outreach worker, health/well-being and life coach worker. His work within these roles involved young people, adults and families. He has worked for two of the largest voluntary organisations, Barnardo’s and Rethink (formally known as National Schizophrenia fellowship) supporting estranged young people and adults who are living with mental ill health and also people with wide ranging disabilities. A core element and integral part of his practice has been “change management”.
Brian have worked as a practitioner, group worker trainer and facilitator in partnership within the voluntary and private sector over the last 20 years. He has had a long-standing commitment to developing support provision for marginalized communities particularly for children and young people across a variety of communities. He profoundly believes in the actualisation of transformation. It is the opportunity to engage in the change management process.
Health & Wellbeing Director
Tunde is an artist, educationalist, therapist and trainer/facilitator. His professional working life has spanned four decades of facilitating opportunities for enhancing access, engagement and delivery of skills both cognitive and behavioural within the social, economic and cultural contexts of disparate realities. His experience as an educationalist has involved primary, secondary and further education settings as a teacher and lecturer, together with his involvement in voluntary sector provision in the field of community engagement and development. As a practicing therapist he applies all areas of learning as a reflective lifelong process of change management as a means to greater self- empowerment.
Youth Inclusion & Entrepreneurial Development Coordinator
FC 2.0 supports collaboration between local groups to improve the quality and impact of services for local people, and to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of local organizations. We do this by offering practical advice and support, more intensive development support and specialist consultancy.
