First Contact 2.0 will evaluate its involvement based on our own unique Access Involvement & Meaningful Engagement Needs Outcomes Scale (AIM-ENO 10)
First Contact 2.0 skilled and experienced trainers and facilitators can deliver in-house training sessions for your senior managers and/or staff team at a time and place to suit you. This can be a cost-effective way of accessing training and often has a great team building impact too.
